End liners see a different wear pattern from shell liners: the ball charge cascades onto the head rather than sliding along it, and the trunnion area carries the pulp flow. Grindium casts feed end liners, discharge end liners, trunnion liners and the matching bolts and seals as one set.
Because end liners are usually replaced with the shell set, we quote them together and mark every piece by position, which cuts installation time and avoids mismatched bolt patterns.

Feed end liners, discharge end liners, trunnion liners, and the matching bolts, washers and seals.
Why do end liners wear differently from shell liners?
The ball charge cascades onto the head rather than sliding along it, and the trunnion area carries the pulp flow, so the wear pattern and the alloy choice are different.
What bolt sizes do you supply?
M24 to M42 in grade 8.8 or 10.9, hot-dip galvanized for wet mills, with cup, square or oval heads.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
One set; 30-40 days. End liners are usually ordered together with the shell set and marked by position.
Can you supply bolts only?
Yes - bolts, nuts, washers and seals can be ordered separately if the liners are still serviceable.
