Steel track plates – also called track shoes – are the wear parts that carry crawler cranes, blast-hole drilling rigs, excavators and mining dozers. Each plate takes the full weight of the machine plus the shock of travelling over rock, so the alloy and the heat treatment matter as much as the dimensions.
We cast or forge track plates in alloy steel to the original dimensions, then heat treat for a balance of wear resistance and impact toughness. Plates are supplied with the matching pins, bushings and bolts on request, in single, double and triple grouser patterns.

FAQs
What are steel track plates used for?
They are the wear parts that carry crawler cranes, drilling rigs, excavators and mining dozers. Each plate takes the machine weight plus the shock of travelling over rock.
What material and hardness?
Alloy steel (35MnB, 40Cr, 42CrMo) at HB 280-380, heat treated so the surface wears slowly while the core keeps its toughness.
Do you cast to the original dimensions?
Yes - bolt hole position is checked against the original plate, not only the drawing, so the new plate fits the existing chain without modification.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ is 20-30 plates; lead time 30-40 days depending on pattern availability.
Which plate types do you supply?
Single, double and triple grouser patterns, heavy-duty plates for mining shovels, and rubber-padded road plates for machines that travel on paved roads.
