Steel Track Plate

Steel track plates (also called track shoes) are the wear parts that carry crawler cranes, drilling rigs, excavators and mining equipment. We cast or forge them in alloy steel to the original dimensions, then heat treat for wear resistance and impact toughness.

Plates are supplied with the matching pins, bushings and bolts on request, in single-grouser and triple-grouser patterns. Because the track plate is a safety part, every batch is checked for dimension, hardness and bolt hole position before shipment.
