Crusher Wear Parts

Crusher wear parts are the consumables that shape the crushing chamber: the mantle and bowl liner in a cone crusher, the jaw plates in a primary jaw, and the hammers in a hammer crusher. All three work by impact and abrasion, so the alloy has to match the rock, not just the crusher model.

We cast in Mn13Cr2 and Mn18Cr2 work-hardening manganese steel for high-impact chambers, and in high chrome Cr26 for abrasive, low-impact duty. Every part is poured against a pattern matched to the crusher model or to your drawing, and hardness is recorded at three heights on each piece.
