Cast Grinding Cylpebs

Cast grinding cylpebs are poured in chrome alloy, which gives a hard, wear-resistant structure suited to the abrasive, lower-impact grinding in cement finish mills and coal mills.

Three chrome levels are available: ZQCr2 low chrome (Cr 1-3%, HRC 42-50) for cost-sensitive dry grinding, ZQCr5 medium chrome (Cr 4-6%, HRC 48-55) as a general-purpose grade, and high chrome (Cr 18-26%, HRC 58-65) for maximum wear life in abrasive cement circuits.

Sizes are 20x30, 25x35, 30x40, 35x45, 40x50, 45x55, 50x60, 55x65 and 60x70 mm, with diameter tolerance of +/-1 mm and length tolerance of +/-2 mm. Packing is 1 t bulk bags or 850 kg steel drums, and we can mix sizes in one container.
