A ball mill liner set is a system: the shell profile controls how the charge is lifted, the end liners absorb the cascade at the heads, and the grate sets the product size. Buying them from one foundry means the profiles and the bolt patterns are designed together.
Grindium casts ball mill shell liners in wave, step or classifying profile, plus feed and discharge end liners, grate plates and lifter bars, in Mn13Cr2, Mn18Cr2, Cr-Mo and high chrome Cr26, from 20 kg to 3 t per piece.

How we match a liner set to your mill
Pattern made from your drawing, or reverse-engineered from a worn liner
Lifter height and face angle set to mill speed and ball size
Plate joints staggered so no continuous wear groove forms
Set marked by position and packed chamber by chamber
